The Ultimate Bell & Chime Case™ lifetime warranty includes the shell of the case and the attached parts only. The case is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, covering the case and all case parts. The case parts include the following: wheels, pullout handle, carrying handles, hinges, lid latches, lid straps, and pressure relief/breather valve.

Normal wear on the case and its parts is not included in this warranty. Only a manufacturer's flaw in the structural integrity of the case, or its parts, is included.

If the purchaser does not feel comfortable replacing a part(s) on their own, they have the option of shipping the case to Gertner, Inc. We will replace the part(s) FREE of charge. Shipping costs to Gertner, Inc. are the responsibility of the purchaser. Return shipping costs via UPS ground shipping will be billed to the purchaser.

All parts will be replaced under this lifetime warranty for the lifetime of the product! This warranty is fully transferable.

The lifetime warranty does not include the foam. (see foam warranty details below)

Specifically excluded from the warranty is damage caused by acts of God, including but not limited to: earthquake, lightning, flood or fire damage. This type of damage is the responsibility of the purchaser's property and casualty insurance carrier.

The warranty will become void if any after-market modifications are made to the case.

Note: Gertner, Inc. will not be held liable for any accidents involving these air tight cases. The safety of individuals surrounding these air tight cases are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than what is described above.
